Unlike some competitors, we always schedule 4 hours for a full house inspection. This is usually more than necessary but we like to inspect carefully and deliberately. We strongly encourage all of our clients to attend our inspections to better understand the design and issues of their house.
Certifications
While California has no mandatory certification requirements for inspectors, our inspectors are both InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute) certified.
